Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Oil obtained from olives by first cold pressing of olives. It is best for use in Vinaigrette or Drizzled over Pasta, Hummus, Salads, Dressing etc or low heat cooking.

• Normal, with own aromas and characteristic without accusing symptoms of rancidity, alteration or contamination.

• Distinctive fruity aroma, characteristic of olives.

• Medium yellow/green in color.
